Natasha Treú is the Executive Chef for Indulgence by Natasha. She prepares a bold and innovative fusion never before tasted. Specialties such as juicy Thick Cut Pork Chops w/ Dry Rub in sweet Ancho Prickly Pear Reduction. Another is her flavorful fusion canape': Lamb a un Caffe'. Coffee Encrusted Seared Rare Lamb, Garnished with Fresh Mint Chocolate Emulsion and Dark Cacao Shaving. These creations highlight her versatility and confident execution of innovative flavor combinations. If you choose her as your Chef prepare to be indulged!

Chef Natasha picked up her first chef's knife at the age of four to her Mother's fright and declared "I want to be a Food Scientist"! By six she was regularly creating inventive combinations for her families Sunday breakfast, and at the age of ten she was working in food service. She admires the styles of local immigrants and strives to learn from them. While traveling she asks Chefs and creative home cooks to teach her their techniques, this has helped develop her unique style of truly international fusion.

Her studies have brought her across worlds. Learning Bushtucker in Australia, Nuevo-Candian Cuisine in Canada, Classic and Modern Northwestern American Cuisine in Washington and Pub Food in London and Salisbury. Her most recent and impacting adventures to the Basque Region of Spain have left a unique stamp on her flavors with canape, design with hors d'oeuvres and approach to main course.

Chef Natasha also prepares the classic dishes for her diners wowing them with dozens of homemade Ice Cream flavors and rich Crème Brulee varieties. Because of this all styles are available to you.

She has developed a unique cooking philosophy she calls Intuitive Cooking Technique that is fun to work with and fascinating to learn. Chef also believes food should taste as good as it looks. She favors use of marinades, bold spices and plenty of fresh herbs, to the overly simple or unappealing flavor combinations you sometimes find. Often toasting spices and combining complimentary flavor profiles. Always layering ingredients with time and care, lending a home cooked feeling to each dish. This we feel makes her cuisine unique.
